# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 16: Amendment of the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2011


In regulation 38 (General qualifying conditions for grants for living and other costs)—
(a) in paragraph (4)—
(i) at the end of sub-paragraph (a), for the semi-colon, substitute a full-stop;
(ii) omit sub-paragraphs (b) and (c);
(b) omit paragraph (5).
