# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 20: Amendment of the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2011


In regulation 57 (Amount of the maintenance grant – 2008 cohort students)—
(a) for paragraph (1), substitute—
“(1) The maximum amount of maintenance grant available to a 2008 cohort student in respect of an academic year is £3,110.”;
(b) omit paragraphs (2), (3) and (4);
(c) in paragraph (5), after “2008 cohort student” omit “other than a type 1, type 2 or type 3 teacher training student”.
