# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 33: Amendment of the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2011


In regulation 74 (2009 cohort students with full entitlement except type 1 and type 2 teacher training students)—
(a) in the heading, omit “except type 1 and type 2 teacher training students”;
(b) in paragraph (1), omit “except a type 1 or a type 2 teacher training student”;
(c) in paragraph (10)—
(i) in sub-paragraph (a)—
(aa) omit “is not a type 3 teacher training student and”;
(bb) after the semi-colon, insert “and”;
(ii) omit sub-paragraph (b).
