In regulation 80 (Students with reduced entitlement)—

(a)

in paragraph (1)—

(i)

in sub-paragraph (b), for “regulation 38(4)(b) or (6)”, substitute “regulation 38(6)”;

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (c)—
