Regulation 40 Amendment of the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2011

For regulation 100 (Application of contribution – 2008, 2009 or 2012 cohort students), substitute—

“Application of contribution – 2008, 2009, 2012 or 2016 cohort students

100.

In the case of a 2008, 2009, 2012 or 2016 cohort student, the Secretary of State must apply the contribution in accordance with regulation 103.”.
