# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 52: Amendment of the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2011


In regulation 156 (Overpayments of grants and allowances)—
(a) in paragraph (2), for “An eligible”, substitute “A”;
(b) in paragraph (4)(a), after “grant” insert “or loan”;
(c) in paragraphs (8)(a) and (9)(a), omit the word “eligible”.
