In regulation 168 (Overpayments)—
(a) in paragraph (1), for “An eligible”, substitute “A”;
(b) in paragraph (3)(a), after “grant” insert “or loan”;
(c) in paragraphs (7)(a) and (8)(a), omit “eligible”.
