# The Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2026, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement, extent, application and interpretation

Extent: E+W

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2026.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 19th May 2026.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales but apply in relation to England only.
(4) In these Regulations “the 2011 Regulations” means the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2011.
