# The Education (Student Support) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Introduction: Introductory text

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(1) and (2)(c) and 42(6) of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998.
