# The Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) (Amendment) Regulations 2001, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations, made under section 22 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998, come into force on 20th March 2001. They amend the Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) Regulations 2000 by increasing the rate of grant for living costs for students at the European University Institute.
