  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) (No. 2) Regulations 2006 (“the Principal Regulations”). The Principal Regulations provide for support for eligible students taking designated higher education courses at the Bologna Center, the College of Europe or the European University Institute in respect of an academic year beginning on or after 1st September 2007. These Regulations and the Principal Regulations apply in relation to England only.",
