# The Education (Student Support) (No. 2) Regulations 2002 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 5: Amendments to the Regulations


(1) Regulation 16 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1) for “who is not and whose spouse is not entitled to” substitute “and who has elected, or whose spouse has elected, not to receive”.
