Regulation 8 Amendments to the Regulations

Regulation 26 shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph (2) omit “other than a grant for dependants under regulations 15 and 16” in the first and second lines and in both instances where it occurs in sub-paragraph (a).

(3)

In paragraph (2)(b) omit “(other than a grant for dependents under regulations 15 and 16)”.

(4)

Omit paragraph (3).
