# The Education (Student Support) (No. 2) Regulations 2002 (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 14: Amendment of the 2002 Regulations


The following shall be substituted for paragraph (1) of regulation 22:
“(1) An eligible student’s contribution in respect of an academic year shall, if any, be the amount calculated under paragraph 8 of Schedule 3.”
