# The Education (Student Support) (No.2) Regulations 2008, Regulation 106: General

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.
Status: prospective

(1) Subject to paragraph (2) —
(a) fee loans and fee contribution loans are payable in accordance with regulation 109;
(b) college fee loans are payable in accordance with regulation 110;
(c) loans for living costs and long courses loans are payable in accordance with regulation 111;
(2) Regulations 107 and 108 apply in respect of the payment of all loans.
