# The Education (Student Support) (No.2) Regulations 2008, Regulation 36: Current system students

The following grants are available to a current system student in connection with a designated course if the student meets the relevant qualifying conditions in this Part—
(a) disabled students’ allowance;
(b) grant for dependants;
(c) grant for travel;
(d) maintenance grant or special support grant.
