  "text": "The amount of grant payable under regulation 52 in respect of an academic year is calculated as follows—\n( X−£303 )+Y where—\nX is the aggregate of the reasonable travel costs that the eligible student is obliged to incur in each qualifying quarter for the purposes set out in regulation 52.\nY is the aggregate of the expenditure incurred in each qualifying quarter specified in regulation 54.",
