# The Education (Student Support) Regulations 2000, Regulation 32: Grants for disabled part-time students' living costs


Regulation 13 shall apply in relation to an eligible part-time student in respect of his attendance at a designated part-time course as it applies in relation to an eligible student in respect of his attendance at a designated course with the substitution—
(a) for the amount specified in regulation 13(2)(a) of £7,879; and
(b) for the amount specified in regulation 13(2)(d) of £1,039.
