  "text": "(1) The grant for dependants consists of the following elements—\n(a) adult dependants' grant;\n(b) childcare grant;\n(c) parents' learning allowance.\n(2) The qualifying conditions for each element and the amounts payable are set out in regulations 17 to 20.\n(3) A deduction may be made from any element of the grant for dependants in accordance with regulation 30.",
