# The Education (Student Support) Regulations 2007, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement, application and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 1st March 2007.
(2) Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), these Regulations apply in relation to England.
(3) Regulation 91(1) also applies in relation to Wales.
(4) Regulation 91(2) extends to Northern Ireland.
