  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2) —\n(a) fee loans and fee contribution loans are payable in accordance with regulation 103;\n(b) college fee loans are payable in accordance with regulation 104;\n(c) loans for living costs are payable in accordance with regulation 105;\n(2) Regulations 101 and 102 apply in respect of the payment of all loans.",
