# The Education (Student Support) Regulations 2007, Regulation 64: General


(1) The maximum amount of a loan for living costs in respect of an academic year is calculated as follows—
(a) where the eligible student is a current system student with full entitlement, in accordance with regulation 65 or 66;
(b) where the eligible student is an old system student with full entitlement, in accordance with regulation 67;
(c) where the eligible student is a student with reduced entitlement, in accordance with regulation 68.
