Paragraph 12 Amendment of regulation 78 of the 2006 Regulations

in sub-paragraph (a) after “attend”, insert “or, in the case of a student treated as in attendance under regulation 15, undertake”;

in sub-paragraph (b) after “attending”, insert “or, as the case may be, undertaking in the United Kingdom”.
