# The Education (Student Support) Regulations 2007, Paragraph 13: Amendment of regulation 79 of the 2006 Regulations


In regulation 79(5)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) after “attend”, insert “or, in the case of a student treated as in attendance under regulation 15, undertake”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (b) after “attending”, insert “or, as the case may be, undertaking in the United Kingdom”.
