Paragraph 14 Amendment of Schedule 1 to the 2006 Regulations
For paragraph 9(1)(b)(ii) of Schedule 1 substitute—
“(ii)undertaking a compressed degree course, a designated part-time course or a designated postgraduate course in England;”
For paragraph 9(1)(b)(ii) of Schedule 1 substitute—
“(ii)undertaking a compressed degree course, a designated part-time course or a designated postgraduate course in England;”
