# The Education (Student Support) Regulations 2007, Paragraph 3


Information provided to the Secretary of State pursuant to these Regulations must be in the format that the Secretary of State requires and, if he requires the information to be signed by the person providing it, an electronic signature in such form as the Secretary of State may specify satisfies such a requirement.
