# The Education (Student Support) Regulations 2008, Paragraph 1

Status: prospective

Every applicant, eligible student, eligible part-time student and eligible postgraduate student must, as soon as reasonably practicable after he is requested to do so, provide the Secretary of State with such information as the Secretary of State considers he requires for the purposes of these Regulations.
