  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2) —\n(a) fee loans and fee contribution loans are payable in accordance with regulation 110;\n(b) college fee loans are payable in accordance with regulation 111;\n(c) loans for living costs and long courses loans are payable in accordance with regulation 112;\n(2) Regulations 108 and 109 apply in respect of the payment of all loans.",
