  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State must—\n(a) publish in such manner as the Secretary of State considers appropriate; and\n(b) maintain,\na list of courses which are, in the opinion of the Secretary of State, initial further education teacher training courses.\n(2) For the purposes of this regulation, a course may only be considered an initial further education teacher training course by the Secretary of State if successful completion of the course means that a person meets the occupational standard for a learning and skills teacher as determined by the Secretary of State from time to time.",
