  "text": "A person who—\n(a) is the child of a Turkish worker (“T”), where T was ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom immediately before IP completion day;\n(b) immediately before IP completion day—\n(i) was the child of T; and\n(ii) was ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom;\n(c) is ordinarily resident in England on the first day of the first academic year of the course; and\n(d) has been ordinarily resident throughout the three-year period preceding the first day of the first academic year of the course either—\n(i) in the territory comprising the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, the European Economic Area, Switzerland and Turkey; or\n(ii) in the territory comprising the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, Turkey and the overseas territories where at least part of that ordinary residence was in the overseas territories.",
