  "text": "(1) Regulation 69 (qualifying conditions for the loan for living costs – current system students) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (2)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (e)—\n(i) for paragraph (ii), substitute—\n“(ii) leads to an ordinary degree, honours degree, or, in respect of a course in operating department practice, to an ordinary degree, honours degree or a diploma; and”;\n(ii) in paragraph (iii), omit “or, in the case of a course in a dental profession subject, begins on or after 1st August 2018”;\n(b) omit sub-paragraph (f).",
