Regulation 8 Amendment of regulation 12

(1)

Regulation 12^f1 (previous course) is amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph (4A)—

(a)

in the opening words, after “is not”, omit “to be”;

(b)

for sub-paragraph (b), substitute—

“(b)
leads to an ordinary degree, honours degree, or, in respect of a course in operating department practice, to an ordinary degree, honours degree or a diploma; and”;

(c)

in sub-paragraph (c), omit “or, in the case of a course in a dental profession subject, begins on or after 1st August 2018”.

(3)

Omit paragraph (4B).

(4)

In paragraph (12), after “is only”, omit “to be”.
