# The Education (Student Support) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Regulation 5: Amendment to regulation 40


In regulation 40 (amount of tuition fee loan), in paragraph (2)(c)(i), at the end insert “or a provider specified in column 2 of Table 14A in Schedule 1A in so far as they provide the course described in the corresponding entry in column 3”.
