# The Education (Student Support) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2026, Regulation 6: Insertion of new Schedule 2A After Schedule 2 (categories of eligible student) insert— “Schedule 2A Relevant courses for protected students Regulation 40(5) 1 A course described in column 3 of Table 14B that— (a) is provided by the course provider specified in the corresponding entry in column 2, (b) leads to a qualification awarded by the body specified in the corresponding entry in column 1, and (c) begins before 1 August 2026.
