  "heading": "Category 8 – Children of Turkish workers — courses beginning before 1 August 2021",
  "text": "(1) A person who—\n(a) is the child of a Turkish worker,\n(b) is ordinarily resident in Wales on the first day of the first academic year of the course, and\n(c) has been ordinarily resident in the territory comprising the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, the EEA, Switzerland and Turkey throughout the three-year period preceding the first day of the first academic year of the course.\n(2) In this paragraph, “Turkish worker” means a Turkish national who—\n(a) is ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom and Islands, and\n(b) is, or has been, lawfully employed in the United Kingdom.",
