Regulation 3 Transitional provisions

Nothing in these Regulations shall prevent the Secretary of State making payments of grant in respect of approved expenditure incurred on or before 31st March 1992 for the purposes described in items 2, 4(a) or (d), 6 or 18 of the Schedule to the Education Support Grants Regulations 1990 which are revoked by this Order, and grant in respect of approved expenditure incurred in respect of item 2 in the said Schedule shall continue to be payable at the rate of 50 per cent. of such expenditure.
