Regulation 5 Rate of Grant

(1)

Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), grants in respect of approved expenditure incurred on or after 1st April 1991 shall be payable at the rate of 60 per cent. of such expenditure.

(2)

Grants in respect of approved expenditure incurred on or after 1st April 1991 in respect of item 2 or 3 in the Schedule hereto shall be payable at the rate of 50 per cent. of such expenditure.

(3)

Grants in respect of approved expenditure incurred on or after 1st April 1991 in respect of item 27 in the Schedule hereto shall be payable at the rate of 70 per cent. of such expenditure.
