  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Education (Teacher Training Bursaries) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 by adding “subject enhancement course” to the list of courses for which the Secretary of State may pay grants to governing bodies to cover costs in providing bursaries to students.\nThese Regulations also update the definition of “qualified teacher” in the 2002 Regulations so as to refer to the relevant provision of the Education Act 2002.\nA full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of businesses.",
