  "long_title": "These Regulations, which apply in relation to England, authorise the Secretary of State to make grants to institutions providing various courses or placements to facilitate and encourage the training of a person as a teacher. Such grants may only be paid in respect of expenditure incurred by the institutions in providing bursaries to such a person undertaking, or proposing to undertake, such courses or placements. The payment of grant is dependent on any further conditions imposed by the Secretary of State.",
