  "long_title": "These amending Regulations make 4 corrections to the Education (Teachers) Regulations 1989. Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 is amended so that it does not re-impose a bar on the employment of a teacher imposed before 8th April 1982 but subsequently withdrawn. Paragraph 5(3)(a)(ii) of Schedule 4 is amended by the addition to the statement required under paragraph 5(3)(a) of a requirement to state that the schools at which the teacher may be employed are maintained by the same local education authority. A drafting amendment has been made to paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5. The final sentence of paragraph 2(3) of Schedule 5 has been deleted as inconsistent with the requirement for written notification of qualified teacher status under paragraph 1(1)(b) of that Schedule.",
