# The Education (Teachers) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1991, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations further amend the Education (Teachers) Regulations 1989: the definition of “relevant employment” in regulation 7 is amended to cover the employment by the governing bodies of schools of workers with children and young persons.
