  "text": "(1) In paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations there shall be substituted for the words “further education establishment” and “further education establishments” in each place where they appear the words “further or higher education institution” or “further or higher education institutions” respectively.\n(2) For paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations there shall be substituted the following paragraph–\n“2 The institutions referred to in paragraph 1(1) are–\nInstitutions assisted by a local education authority\nCordwainers Technical College, London\nMorley College\nInstitutions receiving grants under Section 100(1)(b) of the Education Act 1944.\nCambridge Institute of Education\nColeg Harlech, Gwynedd\nCollege of the Sea, London\nCo-operative College, Loughborough\nFircroft College, Birmingham\nHillcroft College, Surbiton\nNational Sea Training Trust, London\nNorthern College, Oxford\nPlater College, Oxford\nRuskin College, Oxford\nTrinity College, Carmarthen”",
