In paragraph 1 of Schedule 6 to the principal Regulations–

(a)

for the word “Part” in the definition of “probationary teacher” there shall be substituted the word “Schedule”;

(b)

there shall be added after the definition of “relevant authority or body” the following–

  • ““school” excludes a grant-maintained school.”.
