# The Education (Teachers) (Amendment) Regulations 1992, Regulation 4: Transitional provision


In the case of a person who, on 1st September 1992, has commenced but not completed a period of probation under regulation 14 of and Schedule 6 to the principal Regulations, regulation 14 and Schedule 6 shall continue to have effect until all their provisions have been complied with.
