  "text": "The following amendments shall be made to paragraph (2) of regulation 3 of Part I of the principal Regulations—\n(a) before the definition of “hearing impaired” there shall be inserted—\n““city college” means a city technology college or a city college for the technology of the arts;”; and\n(b) before the definition of “relevant employment” there shall be inserted—\n““registered teacher” means a person in respect of whom registration has been effected;”;\n““registration” means registration by the Secretary of State in accordance with Part II of Schedule 3 of a person employed as a teacher at a city college who seeks to become a qualified teacher;”.",
