# The Education (Teachers) Regulations 1989, Paragraph 4: Instructors with special qualifications or experience


(1) This paragraph shall apply in the case of an unqualified teacher in respect of whom the recommending body has submitted a statement to the Secretary of State pursuant to paragraph 2(2)(e) of Schedule 5.
(2) Such a teacher may be employed as a teacher at a school until 1st September 1990.
