# The Education (Teachers) Regulations 1993, Paragraph 4


(1) This paragraph shall apply to a person who is not a qualified teacher, but who has been granted a licence to teach in accordance with paragraph 5.
(2) Subject to the provisions of this Part of this Schedule, such a person may be employed as a teacher in a school.
