  "text": "In regulation 10 of the principal Regulations —\n(a) for paragraph (2) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—\n“(2) Claims for the payment of grant shall relate to such period and contain such particulars as the Secretary of State may determine.”;\n(b) paragraph (3) shall be deleted;\n(c) in paragraph (4) there shall be substituted for the words “quarter commencing on 1st April” the words “three months following that date”;\n(d) in paragraph (5) there shall be substituted for the words “expenditure by an authority incurred in the quarter beginning on the 1st October in any year or any subsequent quarter” the words “a claim made by an authority on or after the 1st October of any year”; and\n(e) paragraph (7) shall be deleted.",
