Made 26th July 1991
Laid before Parliament 7th August 1991
Coming into force 1st September 1991
In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 50 and 63 of the Education (No. 2) Act 1986, the Secretary of State for Education and Science, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, hereby make the following Regulations:
