In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 50 and 63 of the Education (No. 2) Act 1986^f1, read with section 114 of the Education Act 1944^f2, and (as respects the revocation made by regulation 13) by sections 3(a) and 4 of the Education Act 1962^f3, I hereby make the following Regulations:-
